Label Tips

  • Use the Label Assistant in the FrozenQuery app to automatically select unused serial numbers in your inventory list.


  • Use an updated desktop version of Chrome, Firefox, or Opera to avoid printing labels that split between page-breaks. Check the Print-Preview before committing to paper.


  • Print on plain paper. For better clarity and moisture resistance, use a laser printer.


  • Affix label to food container using a single layer of office tape, or include label within outermost layer of plastic food wrap.


  • Ensure that QR-Code portion of label is as flat as possible for scanning.


  • Scan to check-in a packaged and labeled item before completing your whole batch to verify your label placement is readable.
